Memberships

REVOLVHER currently offers two membership levels: Essential and Icon. Essential is designed for elevated everyday rotation while Icon gives access to premium statement pieces and priority inventory.
Essential includes access to the Essential Collection, up to 6 pieces per rotation, subscriber shipping, and a standard 3 week rental period.
Icon includes access to both the Icon and Essentials Collections with up to 4 Icon pieces per rotation, 3 Icon and 3 Essential pieces, or 2 Icon and 6 Essential pieces. Members also receive priority access to new arrivals and 15% off purchases.
Yes. Memberships can be canceled once all rental items are returned and outstanding balances are resolved.

Rentals

The standard rental period is 3 weeks from confirmed delivery.
Your next rotation can be sent once your previous rental items have been returned and received in satisfactory condition. There is no need to wait until the end of your rental period. Once your return has been received, you may set up your next rotation immediately.
If something does not fit or work for your occasion, contact REVOLVHER within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so the team can review available options.

Shipping + Returns

Yes. Subscriber shipping is included to and from your destination for active memberships.
Place the items back into the provided packaging, attach the return label, and drop it off with the designated carrier by the return date.
Yes. Please keep and return garment bags, hangers, packing materials, and shipping materials when included.

Cleaning + Care

No. REVOLVHER handles all professional cleaning, steaming, inspection, and garment care.
No. Alterations, tailoring, hemming, cutting, or modifications are not permitted.
Returned items are inspected. Damage beyond normal wear may result in a repair, restoration, or replacement charge.

Billing + Fees

Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis based on the date you enroll unless otherwise stated.
Late fees may apply, and continued delays could result in replacement charges if an item is not returned.

Cancellations

Currently, we give our customers 2 days from the date of purchase or rental to cancel an order. You can request to cancel an unshipped order by messaging us directly. These cancelations are up to the discretion of REVOlver
If your order has not shipped after 7 days, you can cancel by sending us an email Once canceled, we will send a confirmation email that includes details of your refund if applicable.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Purchases

Yes. Eligible rental items may be purchased during your rotation period, and active members receive a 10% to 15% discount off the purchase price.
Yes. Non members may purchase available inventory, but rentals are reserved for active subscribers.
