Your package contains items you chose from our collection. To make your experience perfect, please read the following instructions:
Inspect each garment for any damage that may have occurred during shipment or other defects. If so, please take a photo(s) and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon review we will send you another item at no charge.
Fit
If your item is not the correct size for you, not to worry! Notify us for a replacement item with 48 hours of delivery.
Tags
If your item has a plastic tag attached, please try the clothing before removing the tag. No credits can be provided once the tag is removed.
Inside your shipping bag or box you will find a poly mailer that has the postage already on it. When you’re ready, place your item(s) in the bag, seal it and drop it off to any UPS location on or before the rental period expires. (We love to recycle so feel free to include any packing materials.) We allow for standard ground shipping.
If you’re ready to return sooner, you can send us the items back early and start your next rotation. You will not be billed any extra. (example 2 rotations in a six week period does NOT cost you any extra, you are only billed monthly as per your subscription!)
